It is submitted that there are many schools throughout the state right from primary to (10+2) level schools including the Migrant Camp Schools where there is no full strength of both the teaching and non teaching staff including the nonavailability of Lecturers in the discipline of English, Economics, Maths, Pol Science , Sociology, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Computer Science and Bio Chemistry etc. which need to be filled up soon through DPC/PSC as the students of these subjects are suffering very much due to the non- availability of the subject lecturers.
Moreover, most of the Schools are lacking infrastructure and basic facilities and amenities like drinking water and electricity supply etc.
In addition to the above all the migrants employees have been posted in far- flung areas including those migrant teachers, masters, lecturers and principals etc who have served for one or more tenure in the frontier Districts of Ladakh division and who have been once again adjusted in frontier Districts of Leh, Rajouri, Kargil, Reasi, Kathua, Udhampur and Poonch etc. These may kindly be transferred back to Jammu and adjusted in migrant cells/migrant camps schools as the posts are lying vacant there and there is no need of post creation as well as these migrant employees who are already scattered have been further scattered.
