Sir,
This is to draw attention of the Director School Education towards the appointment of Masters as I/C Lecturers and their subsequent posting. These postings have been done in an arbitrary manner without taking into consideration some facts. There are some masters who are near superannuation and have been sent 250 kms away from their home. To send them on such assignment that too at the fag end of their careers is quite dismaying. The office should have taken this fact into consideration while making their adjustments. Some of those affected masters had approached for modification of their orders but their pleas have fallen on deaf ears.
Hope the office makes necessary modification in these orders.
