NEW DELHI, Mar 1: Pistachio prices declined by Rs 5 per kg in the national capital today on subdued demand from retailers and stockists.
Adequate stocks position following increased arrivals from overseas markets also put pressure on pistachio prices.
Pistachio (hairati and peshawari) eased by Rs 5 to settle at Rs 1,340-1,440 and Rs 1,490-1,590 per kg, respectively.
Traders said subdued demand from retailers and stockists against fresh arrivals led to the fall in pistachio prices at the wholesale dry fruit market here.

Almond (California) Rs 18,500 Almond (Gurbandi-new) Rs 8,100-8,400; Almond (Girdhi) Rs 4,600-4,900; Abjosh Afghani Rs 8,000-22,000.
Almond Kernel (California-new) Rs 640-665 per kg, Almond Kernel (Gurbandi-new) Rs 500-550 per kg. (AGENCIES)
