UDHAMPUR, Jan 12: A pipping ceremony of the newly promoted Sub Inspectors of Ministerial Executive Cadre was held at Police Academy.
On the occasion, VK Jamwal, Deputy Director (Outdoor) and Vinay Kumar, Deputy Director (Administration) Police Academy Udhampur pinned the ranks to newly promoted officers.
The newly promoted officers included SI Kuldeep Kumar and SI Ajay Kumar of the Academy.
Deputy Director (Outdoor) and Deputy Director (Admn) congratulated the newly promoted officers and advised them to work with enthusiasm and highest degree of dedication. They emphasized that the promotion not only upgrades working status in the police department, but also adds more responsibilities and challenges in their respective working field. They wished good luck to the newly promoted officers and bright future service career.
KK Sharma, Assistant Director (Outdoor), Ramesh Kataria, PS to Director, Zahid Saif Wani, Sunmati Gupta, DySP, Assistant Director (Q), Tahir Hussain, Assistant Director (Indoor) and other officers of Police Academy were present on the occasion.
