UDHAMPUR, Aug 26: In piping ceremony held at Police Academy here, Mohan Lal, SSP, Deputy Director (Indoor/Training) accompanied by Vijay Kumar Jamwal, SSP, Deputy Director (Outdoor) and Vinay Kumar, SSP, Deputy Director (Administration) Police Academy pinned ranks to newly promoted Sub-Inspectors and Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police Academy who have been recently promoted to the present rank by Armed Police Headquarters J&K.
The promotee includes SI Mir Qasim, SI Bikham Chand and ASI Vishva Nath.
The officers present on the occasion congratulated all the promotees and wished them bright service career ahead.
Mohan Lal advised them to work with enthusiasm and highest degree of dedication. He said the promotions add more responsibilities and challenges in their new working assignments.
Among others, KK Sharma AD (Q), Sunmati Gupta, AD (Outdoor) and Ramesh Kataria DySP (S) Private Secretary to Director Police Academy were also present on the occasion.
