REASI, Aug 12: A Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrim from Jharkhand was found hanging at Tara Palace, near Post Office Gali, Katra, here today.
The deceased was identified as Vivek Lohia (26), son of Ramesh Kumar of Jodhahir Morh, Bokaro, Jharkhand. He was found hanging at Tara Palace under mysterious circumstance.
On being informed, Police shifted the dead body to hospital for postmortem and registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
Meanwhile, one Gulzar Ahmed son of Abdul Aziz of village Shadole, Badhi Bekh, Mahore, died after he fell down from the tree while trimming its branches. He reportedly died on the spot.
