KATRA, June 2: A Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrim from Rajasthan, died here today due to apparent cardiac arrest, while on way to the Bhawan.
The deceased was identified as Shankar Ram 66, son of Khinya Ram of Riyan Bari tehsil of Nagaur district in Rajasthan. He fell unconscious at Lambi Keri on Bhawan route and was immediately shifted to Adhkuwari dispensary where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Later, the dead body was shifted to CHC Katra for legal formalities.
