JAMMU, Aug 20: BSF caught a pigeon along the International Border in RS Pura sector here with a chit threatening an IED blast in the coming days.

The BSF troops, as per sources, on August 18 caught a pigeon with a chit tied to its claw carrying a message to blow up the Jammu Tawi Railway Station.
“The BSF troops noticed the pigeon flying close to a forward post along the border, and they caught him,” sources said, adding that the chit carried messages in Urdu and English.
BSF, along with security agencies are investigating whether the pigeon flew on this side from across the border.
