SAMBA, Aug 31: The office of the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Samba, has requested the management of all covered/uncovered public and private schools to register their units on its official portal (www.jkepfo.gov.in) and obtain User ID and Password for uploading their documents/ monthly contributions.
A spokesperson of the Office said that no hard copies of Advance/Refund claims are required to be sent to the office as online facility has already been started with effect from August 1 on the official portal of the Organization for the ease of subscribers.
“Since the digitization of record is going in District PF Office Samba, the management of all such establishments are hereby requested to depute their dealing Assistants of Provident Fund to District PF Office Samba along with relevant files containing Form No 12 and Bank Challans to provide the copies missing statements records (if any) to them on spot so that the files pending (if any) for such missing statements can be digitized”, he further added.
