Personality Development and Life Skills workshop held at SMVDU

JAMMU, Mar 8: A two-day workshop sponsored by UGC on Personality Development and Life Skills was conducted at SMVD University.
Prof V K Bhat, Chairman, Equal Opportunity Cell inaugurated the workshop. In his address he said that these workshops are very useful for students who seek or have to join duties in various organizations. He advised the students to take active part in such workshops and events. Prof Bhat highlighted the importance of establishment of EOC which provides better opportunities to the student community especially with special focus on students belonging to the categories like SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/ Minorities/General (BPL).
Rajesh Aggarwal, renowned motivational speaker and life coach from New Delhi delivered expert lecture and conducted the whole session.  During the entire session, he dwelt upon improving knowledge, attitude and various skills to achieve success in any field. According to him luck is the meeting point of alertness of mind and opportunity passing by.
Balbir Singh, Incharge coaching classes stressed the importance of soft skills and their development in students to produce good citizens and successful professional.
Workshop was well structured and conducted in live and interactive session.
