SAMBA, Dec 18: The people of district Samba to highlight their demands including the issue of Sarore Toll Plaza in front of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi through Mann Ki Baat program to be broadcast on December 29.
According to the report, suggestions have been sought from the public for the Mann Ki Baat program to be broadcast on the radio on December 29 by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. In this regard, owners of matadors and dignitaries of Jammu region have been sending messages through phone and Namo app. Distinguished people of the area said that information about the ongoing problems of the area were made known to the BJP leaders many times but so far no one because of which we have decided to take up the problems through Mann Ki Baat and we have full faith that our problem will also be resolved.
The first Prime Minister of the country is Narendra Modi who talks about the people of the country are solving the ongoing problems of the people. People told that every section is troubled by Toll Tax on the National Highway Sarore Toll Plaza of Jammu and said every day there is a sit-in demonstration and the second day the Matadors service suspended and the passengers are upset and demanding to stop the Toll Plaza.
People have suggested to Narendra Modi to remove the Toll Plaza. Since then, opposition parties, social workers, and dignitaries have been continuously opposing it. But the present Government is not paying any attention due to which there is a lot of anger against them and the owners of buses, matadors and other sections running are very upset.
The pilgrims coming are also having trouble with this Toll Tax, due to which the number of lakh pilgrims coming to the J&K is also continuously decreasing and the unemployment is also increasing. But people did not get the facility.
