JAMMU, Apr 14: A pedestrian woman was killed after being hit by an unidentified vehicle near Satwari area, police sources said.
The deceased has been identified as Parkasho Devi, wife of Raj Kumar, a resident of Nai Basti Gandhi Nagar District Jammu.
The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for post-mortem.
A case under FIR Number 97/2021 under Sections 279 and 304-A IPC has been registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar and investigation started.
