POONCH, Nov 29: A 55-years-old person was injured when a car hit him near Nakhan Wali Chowk in Poonch.
Officials said that the victim, identified as Rakesh Kumar was going towards his house when a car bearing registration number JK12C 9343 which was in speed, hit him and then pole, in which the person was injured. He was taken to District Hospital Poonch.
Doctors said that the person was having injury in lower back, he was treated and kept under observation there, Medical Superintendent Dr. Nusrat Bhatti said that later he was shifted to GMC Jammu for advance treatment.
Meanwhile, police has taken the cognizance.
