SRINAGAR, July 28: Hussaini Sports Club organized ‘Pedal against Drugs Cycle Rally’- an initiative to engage youth into sports, here today wherein nearly 40 participants from different institutions and clubs took part.
Zahoor Ahmad (International Kayak Player) along with Manzoor Ahmad Qadri (Principal, Legends School) flagged off the rally from the Legends School Gate.
Cyclists ride upto Nishat Bagh and finished back at School Gate. Later, certificates were distributed among participants by the chief guest in presence of other guests which includes Asgar Baba, Principal Legends School and senior members of Hussaini Sports Club, Vilayat Hussain, Zahid Hussain, Ahsan Ali, Tahir Hussain and Javeed Ahmad.
“We are organizing Sopore Trekking event in coming week,” said Ahsan Ali secretary of the Club while presenting vote of thanks to guests, participants and officials.
The event was organised by J&K Hussaini Sports Club in collaboration with Who is Hussain team and sponsored by The Legends School of Education.
