PDP seeks people’s support for peace, development

JAMMU, Nov 10 : Terming the NC-Congress Coalition Government as the biggest misfortune for Jammu and Kashmir, senior PDP leader and candidate for Marh, Suram Singh Chib said the hapless people of the state have been subjected to worst form of misgovernance, anarchism, corruption and repression during the past five years of the present regime.
“Not only is the present Government been most ineffective and incompetent, it is now turning out to be the state’s most scandalous regime ever,” Suram said this while addressing a public meeting at Basti Gho Manhasa of Marh Constituency in continuation of election campaign for the upcoming Assembly elections.
While addressing a people gathering especially youth, he assured the people that PDP would formulate a comprehensive plan for the development, upliftment of the backward and border areas besides will fight for unemployment in the State.
Suram said that his party is seeking support of the people to aggressively pursue the agenda of peace, dignity, stability and prosperity for the people of J&K.
Pointing out that policies and programmes of PDP are formulated to address aspirations of all regions and sub-regions of the State, Suram said that PDP had proved how to treat all sections of the society equally by providing equal opportunities of growth and development to all individuals.
