JAMMU, Nov 19: Giving a further boost to the election campain, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate from Jammu East Constituency, Bharat Chowdhary today promised the voters if his party is voted to power, it would develop Jammu as smart city and push for its inclusion as Heritage City.
People from all walks of life irrespective of their religious beliefs gave rousing reception to Choudhary when he visited Santo Ka Ahata, Ward No10, Kasim Nagar, Mast Garh, New Company Bagh, Christian Colony and Peer Kho areas of the constituency.
A massive road show was also organized after a big public meeting at Residency Road where people of the area virtually carried Bharat Chowdhary from venue to election office and Hari Theatre and finally Raghunath Bazar.
