JAMMU, Nov 28: As approved by its president, Mehbooba Mufti, People’s Democratic Party today constituted district committees for Doda, Ramban, Udhampur and Reasi.
The district committee of Doda comprised of Shahab-ul-Haq as president, MI Bhat, Abdul Rehman, FA Lone and Ghulam Rasool as vice presidents, Youdhvir Singh as general secretary, RH Mintoo, AH Wani and Talib Hussain as zonal presidents, MA Zargar as publicity secretary and MA Tantray as organizing secretary.
RA Bhagwan, Jan Mohd, Dimple Kotwal, HL Manhas, MS Tak, Janak Singh, Sajad Ahmed, Swami Raj, Hasham Din, GQ Malik, AH Sofi, Falail Singh, Abdul Latief Molvi, Sultan Gazi, Zulfikar Wani, AK Bhat and Capt Jagdish are members of district committee of Doda.
The district committee of Ramban comprised of Bashir Ahmed Rounyal as president, Haji Mohd Saleem, MA Rather and AA Katoch as vice-presidents, Bahar Ahmed Rounyal as general secretary, MA Bhat as zonal president (Banihal), AA Malik as zonal president (Ramban), JA Shan as zonal president (Gool), FA Diang as publicity secretary, Puran Singh as organizing secretary, Fayaz Naik as treasurer, GM Rather and GN Khan as joint secretaries.
The members of district committee of Ramban are BA Bali, Shahbaz Mirza, SA Bhat, CL Bhagat, AR Sheikh, Haji Abdul Latief Sohil, JM Tragwal, AH Zargar, MR Khan, Jagdish Chander and GN Sohil.
HR Kalotra was elected as president of district committee of Udhampur, DS Bhatyal as senior vice president, MK Khajuria and Sardar Ali as vice presidents, TM Mughul as general secretary, ML Dubey as organizing secretary, Shoket Ali as publicity secretary, Zubair Chandail as treasurer, Mohd Mushtaq as zonal president (Chenani), ND Wani as zonal president (Ramnagar) and BP Singh as zonal president (Udhampur).
Mohan Lal, Darshan Kumar, Bansi Lal, Shiv Kumar, Vicky Dogra, Charan Dass, Shanker Dass, Rattan Singh, Mohd Amin, AR Wani, GQ Rather, Ishtaq Khan and Vijay Kumar are members of the district committee of Udhampur.
The Reasi district committee comprised of Shaifq-ur-Rehman as president, Bansi Lal as senior vice president, Subhan Din and Surinder Sharma as vice presidents, Chander Mohan as general secretary, Mohd Shafi as zonal president (Mahore), MR Magray as senior secretary, Mohd Yaseen, Naseeb Singh and Haji Abdul Rashid as secretaries, Sarwar Mir as joint secretary, BA Bhat as treasurer and Abdul Majid as publicity secretary.
The members of Reasi district committee are RS Sudan, Kabla Singh, Partap Sharma, Haji Mushtaq Ahmed, AR Wani, AA Khan, BA Lone, AG Qazi, Haji Abdul Rashid Khan, Abdul Rashid Nag, MA Chogata, Surinder Gupta, RK Sharma and Ch Abdul Rehman.
