Jammu, Nov 22: Chief spokesperson JKPCC Ravinder Sharma has expressed serious concern over the hardships being faced by large number of candidates applying for different jobs advertised before October 31 where the State Subject Certificate (PRC) is one of the pre-requisites but the competent authorities have stopped issuing PRCs under instructions of the Government.
In a statement, Sharma said that large number of candidates who are seeking jobs in pursuance of advertisements where PRC is a requirement but on the other hand the competent authorities have stopped issuing any fresh PRC after abrogation of special status to the State. In such a situation large number of candidates are running from pillar to post without any solution as a result they would miss the chance to apply for these jobs.
Sharma urged the higher authorities to take cognizance of the genuine problem of eligible unemployed youth in this regard and issue appropriate instructions immediately so that the eligible candidates do not get deprived from applying as per requirement of such advertisements for Government jobs.
