JAMMU, Nov 23: In a petition filed by Jammu Kashmir Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association, through its State President, Babu Hussain Malik, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat today directed the respondents to implement the settlement arrived at inter-se the parties on September 15, 2011 within a period of two months.
The Association had prayed for issuance of directions to the respondents for redressal of the grievance by removing pay anomaly/disparity of clerical staff working in various Government Departments in due deference to the decisions arrived at in a meeting held on September 15, 2011 between High Powered Group of Government and leaders of Union/ Association of employees.
After hearing Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi with Advocate Veenu Gupta appearing for the petitioner, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat disposed of the petition with the direction to respondents to implement the settlement arrived at inter-se the parties on September 15, 2011 within a period of two months.
