UDHAMPUR, Aug 31: A cultural competition of patriotic songs was organized by Zonal Level Cultural Cell of Education Department at Government Middle School, Battal in Zone Majalta.
More than 150 students of 10 schools participated in the competition.
On the occasion, Zonal Education Officer Majalta Usha Muku was the chief guest, who while speaking said that these types of programmes will definitely inculcate the spirit of nationalism and patriotism among the younger generation.
In the competition, Government Middle School, Thalora secured first position, while GMS Battal was adjudged second.
