RAMNAGAR, July 13: While making a fervent appeal to the Chief Minister for a complete overhaul of education-related scenario in Ramnagar, R S Pathania, general secretary, J&K PYC has decried poor educational facilities in the area.
Elaborating he said, schools of the area are crippled for want of adequate teaching staff, subject teachers, laboratories and libraries, playgrounds and other requisite infrastructure. The results of the schools in Ramnagar are nose-diving, paucity of staff has crippled the working of schools.
Pathania has also sought upgradation and improvement of Raja Ram Singh Stadium at Ramnagar under Centrally-sponsored scheme. He has also sought for mini sports-stadia at Dudu-Kirchi and Basantgarh, Badhole village and provision of funds for stalled work at Mini-stadium Chaugan.
