Travelling the path on my own

To search the way of real success

By meeting the other travellers on my way

I got to know the paths of success are different

Some are travelling through shortcut

And getting name and fame instantly

Without thinking about direction as right or wrong one

Are these bunch of travellers the successful ones?

Or the ones who check the path before travelling

To safeguard the interests of the people who accompany them

And assure the stay of success will be longer for sure

Are these bunch of travellers the most successful ones?

Success does not need standards to validate it's existence

Nor the perception of societal opinions can determine it

It's only your mindset which define the meaning of success for you

Just take care the shortcuts do not deprive some one from achieving their milestone

And the longest paths do not make you short of time

So choose your path wisely and effectively

And enjoy the stay of success happily

O dear, I see fear

In those conceited eyes,

Beholding selfish dreams,

Cold as ice.

O dear, I can hear

The harsh voice turning brittle,

Boasting of power and might,

With empathy so little.

O dear, I feel you tremble

Beneath the sombre sky,

Where you deceived the Creator,

You could never answer why.

O dear, it’s time you listened

To what Mother Nature is whispering,

Her unhealed soul is piercing clouds,

Her patience is now withering .

O dear, please forbear

The trees and mountains must thrive ,

Live and let live other life forms ,

So harmony may survive.

O dear, now that you’re here

Find your breath to contemplate ,

Mother Nature seeks a kinder you ,

Her love shall then resonate .

TRAGEDY AFTER TRAGEDY

Cloudburst after cloudburst

Triggering flash floods

Disrupted essential services, manage and adjust.

Causing havoc, devastation and destruction

Of life and property all over.

Tragedy caused unbearable and unbelievable pain

Due to choked bridges, rivers, nallas and drains.

Tragedy after tragedy befalls

No man made mistakes called for.

Why? A solution to save all

All must understand across.

Rivers and nallas will take revenge

And reclaim their territory

Captured by humans a sort of avenge.

Ignore not the nature

Disturb it not .

And ignore not God

Commit avoidable mistakes not.

Rivers and nallas will reclaim their territory

Forcing government to issue advisory after advisory

Such advisories will be of no avail

Provided good sense among the masses prevails.

God bless all

Allow tragedy not to befall.

Tragedy after tragedy reminds us all

To mend our ways and behave all

A clarion call for the benefit of all.
