Patel meets Sinha, Krimchi temples to be developed

JAMMU, June 26: Union Minister of State for Culture and Tourism (Independent Charge) Prahlad Singh Patel today met Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in New Delhi and discussed with him the issues pertaining to various tourist projects of Jammu and Kashmir especially development of Krimchi temples in Udhampur district.
Krimchi temples are stated to be quite ancient and large number of people visit there.
“Development of Krimchi temples and other infrastructure around them including good connectivity was discussed during the meeting,” reliable sources said.
Besides Krimchi temples, various other issues of promoting tourism in Jammu and Kashmir also figured during the meeting, they added.
