Sir,
The conditions in Kashmir valley are worse. The whole scene is gloomy and and pathetic. The problem is that nobody is having any clue about who are behind the present unrest that started immediately after the killing of Burhan Wani. It is presumed now that the separatist leaders too do not know who is causing bloodshed in valley. They (Separatists) perhaps do not hold the key of the lock now. They only stand as symbols. It is widely believed that Pakistan is at the back of the present trouble in a big way. The people are the worst sufferers. They are hard pressed by the gloom in their lives They hope that All Party Delegation will deliver something positive during their visit to Valley. In the present scenario the delegation on visit cannot afford to make any error. The delegation needs to go beyond the face value of the present crisis. If things are taken lightly and as usual it may turn out to be the disaster.
Yours etc….
