Parties criticising Kashmir Files stand exposed: Pathania

Excelsior Correspondent

UDHAMPUR, Dec 1: Ranbir Singh Pathania, spokesperson BJP and former MLA while addressing a series of meetings in Majalta said that PDP, NC and other organisations stand exposed while they criticise Kashmir Files and come to support controversial IFFI Jury heads unprovoked for and unjustified tirade against the  movie which has passionately tried to picturise the agonies of a community which has been living in exile since the past three decades. The holocaust could very safely be compared to the massacre of Jews in the World War II. It is unfortunate that once the recalcitrant director was rapped on his knuckles by the Israeli Government, he has found support, particularly from Mehbooba Mufti leading the vanguard. It simply substantiates the argument that PDP, NC and other parties are enablers if not the tormenters of the Kashmiri Pandits genocide, he added.
Pathania said Kashmir has been a seat of Rishi and Sufi traditions, love respect and mutual co-existence.
These leaders have come to know that their public base has almost slipped underneath. For decades and decades and generation after another, they have tried to build up hereditary fiefdoms for their families and cronies.
Pathania further called for provision of dental chair, X-ray technician and functionalising of ultra sound machine in PHC Majalta as well as additional accommodation for PHC Majalta, PHC Mansar and PHC Khoon. He called for immediate forest clearance of Thial- Chountra, Manwal to Pinger road connecting Garh Samnabanj to Naoul road which will facilitate an interconnectivity between two areas.
He further said that Dhema to Thial road, Dessian to SK Ber Road have ripped apart within the defect liability period. He called for fixing of responsibility in these works.
Among others who were remained present Kuldeep Singh district general secretary, Capt (Retd) Gopal Singh Mankotia, Mandal president, Mohan Lal Sharma Mandal president, Baldev Singh Mankotia general secretary, Ashok Singh, Surinder Singh, Manoj Verma, Raman Khajuria, Nisha Devi, Soma Devi (all Sarpanches), Sanjeev Singh, Sham Singh, Meena Rani, Raj Rani, Bikram Singh, Ankush and others.
