JAMMU, Apr 6: JKPCC Secretary Vicky Mahajan inaugurated the office of Ex-Central Para-Military Force Welfare Association at RS Pura here.
Association President Shashi Sharma, Secretary Darshan Kumar, Legal Advisor Ranjit Singh Chib, Dalip Singh, Dogra and Mahinder Singh were also present on the occasion.
On the occasion, President and the Secretary of the Association apprised Vicky Mahajan of their long pending demands. “We took up the issues with the concerned authorities in the present and the erstwhile Governments but nothing has been done”, they added.
They reiterated their demand of ‘one rank one pension’ to the retired personnel of the para-military force, enhance monthly health allowance, grant of status of ex-servicemen and constitution of district para-military welfare board.
Mahajan told them that he would take up their genuine demands with the concerned authorities for early redressal.
