JAMMU, Aug 2: Jammu and Kashmir Government today constituted a panel for selection of presiding officer of the Food Safety Appellate Tribunals (FSAT) established by the Department of Health & Medical Education.
According to the order, three-member panel will be comprised of Justice Sanjeev Kumar (Judge, J&K High Court), Principal Secretary of Health & Medical Education Department and Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
