Pakistan cannot be trusted upon peace initiatives: JK Dy CM

JAMMU : Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh on Tuesday slammed  Pakistan, asserting that it cannot be trusted upon its peace initiatives while security forces are giving  a befitting reply to cross border firing on borders.
”Pakistan can never be relied upon for its so called peace initiatives,” said Dr Singh while talking to reporters outside the Legislative Assembly.
He also added that our security forces are giving a befitting and strong reply to Pakistan’s every misadventure along the Line of Control and International Border.
On FIR registration against Army personnel in Shopian firing incident in which two civilians were allegedly killed in a clash, Dr Singh said, ”Nobody would be allowed to demoralise security forces in their anti-militancy operations in Kashmir Valley.”
Pakistan on Tuesday morning also violated the ceasefire along the Line of Control in Nowshera Sector of Rajouri district.
