Pak violates ceasefire on Kathua

JAMMU, Jan 18: Pakistan Rangers today violated ceasefire by resorting to firing along the International Border (IB) in Hiranagar sector of Kathua district.
Pakistan Rangers resorted to small arms fire on border outposts (BoPs) in Hiranagar sector at around 11 am, sources said.
BSF troops, guarding the borderline, retaliated strongly, they said.
On Thursday, a civilian was injured when Pakistani troops violated ceasefire and resorted to firing and mortar shelling along the Line of Control in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district.
Meanwhile, an Army jawan has injured in a mine blast in Sunderbani sector of Rajouri district today. The injured has been hospitalized.
