Pak violates truce, targets Indian posts on LoC in Poonch
JAMMU: In yet another ceasefire violation, Pakistan troops again targeted forward Indian posts along the Line of Control in Poonch district.
‘Pak fired unprovoked on Indian posts along LoC in Mendhar sector of Poonch,” official spokesman here said.
He said Pak fired small arms at around 1650 hrs, adding, “own troops effectively retaliated to the cross border firing while the exchange of fire lasted till 1730 hrs.”
No injury or casualty was reported in the firing, he added. (AGENCIES)
