NEW DELHI: Condemning the terror attack on Amarnath Yatra pilgrims, the Opposition parties today demanded that the government bring the perpetrators of crime to book as soon as possible.
In a resolution passed at their meeting which they had called to discuss vice-presidential candidate, the Opposition parties said the Government should take a look at why despite so many advances in intelligence gathering , such incident was taking place, Leader of the Opposition in the
Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad told reporters here after the meeting.
Earlier, the meeting began with the leaders observing silence for a while to pay respect to those who were killed in yesterday’s terrorist attack. (AGENCIES)
