JAMMU, Dec 7: A bike-borne man was killed today in a road mishap in Bomal area of Akhnoor tehsil.
According to a police spokesperson, the man identified as Mohd Yaseen Malik son of Mohd Zamaan Malik, a resident of Malik Mohalla, Trehgam (Kupwara) died on the spot this evening when the bike bearing registration number PB38B-7037 he was riding, was hit by a speeding bus bearing registration number JK02BH-7508 near village Bomal on Jourian Road.
The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of Sub District Hospital Akhnoor for conducting postmortem tomorrow.
