SRINAGAR, June 5: One person died in a road accident in South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Reports said that a motorcycle bearing registration number JK01P/8164 hit and injured a pedestrian Mushtaq Ahmad Thoker son of Mohammad Khalil resident of Sindoo-Shirmal at Shirmal, Shopian. The injured was shifted to hospital but died on the way. Motorcyclist fled away from the spot while as a case has been registered by police.
