JAMMU, Feb 16: A person was injured when an unknown vehicle hit him on National Highway near Manda, here late yesternight.
The injured identified as Vijay Vaid (55) son of Krishen Dev Vaid and resident of Jain Bazaar, was immediately shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu, where his condition was stated to be stable.
The police has registered a case and a manhunt is on to apprehend the accused, who fled from the spot after hitting the victim.
