SAMBA, Oct 16: One person was injured after the truck hit with car at Nud area of Samba today.
According to police the mishap occurred at Samba -Mansar Dhar road near Nud, when a truck bearing Registration No JK14E- 4082 on its way to Samba from Mansar suddenly collided with car bearing Registration No JK02BG- 9888 at Nud resulting the driver of the car was critically injured.
He was immediately brought to District Hospital Samba for treatment with the assistance of locals. After given first aid to him, the doctor referred him to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu for further treatment.
The injured has been identified as Suraj Singh, son of Madan Lal resident of Vijaypur.
The police has taken cognizance of the matter and started investigations.
