Jammu, Jan 12: Chinore Police today arrested a person with psychotropic substance from Raipur Kheri area on city outskirts.
A team of Police Post Chinore while on patrolling duty in Raipur Kheri area rounded up a suspect namely Vivek Kumar son of Satish Kumar, resident of Ward Number 8 (Akhnoor, Jammu) and recovered 224 Proxywel Spas capsules, 19 BPNX Plus tablets (Buprenorphine and Naloxone), 45 Nitrazepam -10mg tablets and 28 Uptracet semi tablets (Tramadol) from him on search of his belongings.
In this connection, a case FIR Number 09/2023 U/S 08/21/22 NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Domana and the accused was arrested. Further investigation of the case was going on.
