Srinagar, Sept 26: Police today said that it arrested a drug peddler and recovered charas from his possession at Kupwara district of north Kashmir.
A police spokesman said that based on specific information, a special team of police arrested a notorious drug peddler identified as Muhammad Abdullah Dar and recovered 1 kilogram of charas from his possession.
“A case under FIR number 35/2017 under section 8/20 NDPS Act stands registered and investigation going on,” he said.
