JAMMU, July 25: A man was arrested today in Sidhra area of city outskirts with 38 Corex bottles.
According to a police spokesman, a police party of police post Sidhra laid a surprise naka near petrol pump, Sidhra and stopped one Maruti car bearing registration No JK02J-6047 driven by Mohd Abbas son of Masoom Ali, resident of Majin, Sidhra and recovered one black colour bag containing 38 Corex bottles.
“The police party seized all the Corex bottles and arrested the accused person”, he said adding, in this regard, a case FIR No 154/2016 under Section 8/22 NDPS Act stands registered in police station Nagrota and further investigation of the case is going on under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota.
