JAMMU, June 26: Jammu region today reported another COVID death and 43 positive cases while Kashmir registered 13 positives.
A 70-year-old male from Bahu Fort in Jammu died of co-morbidities and COVID-19 in the Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu taking Corona toll in Jammu district to 1227 and Jammu division to 2331.
Out of 43 cases, 37 were recorded in Jammu district, three in Samba district and one each in Rajouri, Kathua and Poonch districts.
Jammu and Kashmir now has 321 active positive cases including 212 in Jammu division and 109 in Kashmir. Jammu district has 183 active cases.
Meanwhile, the Union Territory of Ladakh today reported five COVID positive cases, all in Leh district.
Ladakh now has 43 active positive cases—42 in Leh and one in Kargil.
