JAMMU, Jan 16: A one day training camp on “PMMVY” scheme was organized at Anganwadi Centre Naseeb Nagar, Janipur here, today by Child Development Project Officer, Jammu, Akansha Kalsotra.
Fifty Anganwadi workers and supervisors Amarjyoti and Sunita Dhar were also present on the occasion.
Corporator of Ward No 38 Surinder Kumar was also present on the occasion. Special lecturers were delivered on the scheme by CPDO, Akansha Kalsotra and supervisor Sanyogita Charak. During the programme the pamphlets were also distributed among AWWs for spreading awareness regarding the Scheme. Besides, awareness lectures were also given on other schemes like Ladli Beti and Ayushman Bharat. Emphasis were laid by the speakers on mobilizing community so as to avail benefits of the scheme.
