KATHUA, Sept 10: Acting on a specific information received from reliable sources, Police party of Police Station Kathua led by Inspector Saroop Singh, SHO Police Station, Kathua laid a naka at Kalibari and arrested one person for carrying 43 pouches of State Excise liquor.
He has been identified as Om Parkash, S/o Khelo Ram of Hamirpur, district Kathua. A case FIR No. 272/2015 U/S 48-A Excise Act stands registered at PS Kathua in this regard, police said.
