Srinagar: Former Chief Minister and National Conference Working President Omar Abdullah Sunday visited AIIMS in New Delhi to inquire about the health of the chief minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
Omar met PDP president Mehbooba Mufti at AIIMS and prayed for the early recovery of Mufti.
A senior NC leader told that Omar visited the AIIMS today where he met Mehbooba and inquired from her about the health of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
Earlier, Omar had wished for speedy recovery of Mufti in his tweet last week.
Mufti was flown to AIIMS on December 24 after he developed uneasiness following his six-hour long tour to Srinagar to inspect the development work going on in the city.(Agencies)
