Old age homes in Jammu

Sir,
In Jammu, private sector is limited one as number of industries is very few. Scope of vacancies in private sector is quite negligible whereas on Govt side employment opportunities are rare. One due to reservation quota which is more than 50 percent etc. On the whole, it is concluded that employment opportunity in Jammu is quite dark in comparison to the number of unemployed educated youth. Resultantly educated unemployed youth shall seek employment in private sector outside J&K especially in those states where Corporate sector has established enough. A youth from Jammu shall do a job in say Delhi or Bangalore or  Calcutta. He will prefer to make his home there and not in Jammu. In this way most of the Jammu people will be left alone without their children.
Eighty percent of the households in Gandhinagar, Trikuta Nagar, Chhanni Himmat, Sainik Colony and other areas of Jammu have been turned into Aged Homes’ as their children are outside and old men/women are at home without any support. The intellectuals of the Jammu should deeply think over it because with the trust of outside labourer as maid or maiden one cannot pass his old age life. If we leave the Jammu, then Jammuites will slowly and slowly fade away. There is urgent need to build old age homes for these oldies who will pay for the services rendered to them. In turn, they will be taken care of.
Yours etc….
