SRINAGAR: An Over Ground Worker (OGW) of a militant outfit, who escaped from Srinagar court was again arrested at Kulgam on Wednesday evening, a police spokesman said.
Accused Ishfaq Ahamd Rah, resident of Kulgam had escaped on Tuesday at District Court, here. Immediately a massive hunt was launched and finally he was arrested by Kulgam police, official added.
Ishfaq was earlier in custody of Police station Qazigund. He is involved in many other cases in District Kulgam. (AGENCIES)
