JAMMU, Sept 19: The office and educational institutions in summer zone areas of Jammu division would observe winter timing from October 1, 2013 till April 30, 2014.
As per the Government notification the working hours in the State Government offices and educational institutions in Jammu division will be observed from 10 a.m to 4 p.m from 1.10.2013 to 30.4.2014.
