JAMMU, Aug 20: Agitated over inclusion of Urdu in the written test for the post of Naib Tehsildar, NSUI activists held a strong protest demonstration  near Press Club Jammu on Thursday.
They raised slogans against PDP-BJP coalition Government and J&K Service Selection Board to lodge protest against alleged discriminatory move against Jammu based aspirants for the post.
While addressing the protest demonstration, NSUI Jammu district president Sunny Parihar said that they were not against Urdu language but the unjustified  decision of JKSSRB which would keep Jammu candidates out of race for the post.
NSUI leader Avijot Singh and Ajay Kumar alleged that BJP was maintaining a criminal silence over the issue because of its surrender to PDP.
Nitin Bakshi,  Khalid, Aman Thappa,  Rajbir Singh, Rohit Choudhary, Akhil, Ankit Charak and  others also addressed the gathering. They warned to further intensify the struggle if the SSRB does not modify syllabus for the written test by excluding Urdu.
