JAMMU, Jan 15: National Secular Forum today protested against the SSRB for its alleged callous attitude towards the Jammu region.
During the protest, which was held on Jammu University campus, the NSF activists raised slogans against SSRB and demanded due share of Jammu region in respect of Government jobs.
Addressing the protesters, Ravi Choudhary State general secretary NSF, alleged that Jammu region was being ignored by giving more importance to Kashmir region.
Sukhdev Singh alleged that SSRB has created more job opportunities for Kashmir region neglecting the Jammu. He appealed the Chief Minister to look into the matter and hold an enquiry into discrimination over the posts created for Jammu region as compared to Kashmir region.
Among those who were present in the protest included Sukhdev Singh, Rahul Sharma, Tanveer Ahmed, Parwaz Khan, Rishikesh Rana, Vivek Sawhney, Mayank Arora, Vinod Sharma, Ravi Chark, Deepak Sharma, Rajeev Sharma, Anuraj Gupta, Abhishak Sharma and others.
