Nrityashree Deepak conferred with ‘The Great Indian Award’

JAMMU, Aug 8: Nrityashree Deepak Dutta, a renowned classical dancer of J&K, was presented prestigious ‘The Great Indian Award 2018’ for his outstanding contribution in the field of Performing Arts (Classical Dance ), in a jam packed hall of Arya Auditorium, East of Kailash, New Delhi.
The function was organized by Natraj Art Academy and Natraj Art Club (NAC) in association with Nu Soft Online Faction powered by Live4india.com and Friendlydiary.com. His name for the award was finalized out of 19 nominations in Performing Arts (Dance) category.
The award was presented to Nrityashree Deepak Dutta by founder of Natraj Art Academy and Natraj Art Club, Lucky Kashyap, chairman, Natraj Art Club, RK Jalan, patron-in-chief, NAC, Lion Gulfam, Editor Divya Delhi News, Rajkumar Sharma, vice chairman, Maitri Channel, Neeraj Gupta, creative head of Romil Art Group, besides Romil Kapoor and Lodhi Rakesh Rajput (Bollywood Celebrities).
On the occasion, Nrityashree Deepak presented mesmerizing classical performance on “Jhuthi Muthi Mitwa Aawan Bolae” based on Raag Vrindavani Saarang, sung by Lata Mangeshkar from movie Rudali.
