NPSU to kick start Jammu State Student Movement

JAMMU, Mar 3: Demanding separate Jammu Pahari State, NPSU state president Thakur Virender Singh has announced to kick start ‘Jammu State Student Movement’.
Addressing a press conference here today, he said that the recent controversial remarks of CM of Jammu and Kashmir crediting Pakistan Hurriyat and separatists for conducting fair polls in the state followed by the demand of mortal remain of Afzal Guru by a few MLAs sitting in the present government have hurt the sentiments of the nationalist people of Jammu Pradesh. Singh questioned the criminal silence of the BJP over the issue and casted doubts on the integrity of the saffron party which has totally surrendered its core issues before the PDP for the sake of power.
Virender while giving ultimatum to the Government to desist from making such outrageous remarks, revealed that JSSM shall awaken the people in every nook and corner of Jammu province for demanding separate Jammu Pahari State. He appealed to the likeminded youth especially the students to join the movement for demanding separate Jammu Pahari State so that the people of Jammu region shall be liberated from the socio-political discrimination meted out to them for 67 years. He maintained that separate Jammu Pahari State under the doctrine of ‘Reorganization’ is the only way out of the present turmoil.
Other present in the press conference, included Lovely Singh, Shubam Jamwal, Shubam Jasrotia, Amit Charak and Rishi Badyal.
