NPP to hold plenary session on party’s 33rd foundation day today

JAMMU, Mar 22: National Panthers Party (NPP) will hold plenary session on 33rd foundation day of the party tomorrow.
This was stated by Prof Bhim Singh, chief patron, NPP, Prof Bhim Singh during a press conference here today.
He said that JKNPP shall elect Chairman and President of the party for a term of three years, adding that Party shall also elect 15 members of the Working Committee. 16 Members shall be nominated by the Chairman and the President, he disclosed.
Prof Singh further disclosed that the party shall pass important resolutions including delimitation of Assembly constituencies, full and final settlement of PaK Refugees with full civil and political rights besides it shall ask the BJP to full fill its commitments for comprehensive settlement of 15 lacs PoK refugees.
“NPP shall also adopt a resolution to grant ownership right to the allotees of the evacuee/custodian properties. The agriculture land allotees shall be allotted absolute right over the allotted land. A resolution for the regularization of services of the SPOs, daily wagers, contractual employees, volunteers NYC, SSB and in other disciplines will also be adopted”, he added.
He stated that reorganization of Jammu and Kashmir shall continue to be JKNPP’s total commitment with appropriate amendment in Article 370 and removal of Article 35-A.
Prof Bhim Singh further said that the present terrorist attacks in Jammu Pradesh along International Borders with Pakistan leave not a single iota of doubt that these attacks are sponsored and planed within the State and executed with the help of the terrorists who have been and still are being imported by the State Government from Pakistan to Jammu and Kashmir via Nepal, he added.
“There should be a high power enquiry about the terrorists attacks in Districts of Kathua and Samba and NPP has decided to file a PIL in the Supreme Court against the illegal entry of the terrorists in Indian territory”, he stated.
He also demanded fresh elections without EVM and it should be mandatory for all contesting candidates to take oath in the name of the Constitution of India.
